Once you are inside of the Package you find Files overview.
Once the Files are uploaded it will be possible to see the following information:
Checkbox: To the left it is possible to check off the file by marking it to ask for ret
Name: The title of the file
Size: The size of the file
Kind: File format type
Virus: This shows that the file is being checked for virus. Upon verification it will be a green check mark. Larger files of more than 4 GB will not be virus checked.
Future-proof: This column shows what classification the file has been given in terms of future-proof file format. If this option is chosen for the Package, the file format is identified upon upload and classified either to be Preferred, Acceptable or Unsupported*.* To read more about this process, check out our article on future-proofing of files
Date: Date shows the date and time of when the file was uploaded to piqlConnect.
Subjects: Subjects is similar to tags which indicates labels that you give the file. This makes the search easier as you will have more subjects to search on in order to relocate the file. Subject is the term used as part of the standard metadata schema Dublin Core.
**At the end of the view, there are three small dots that allows you to edit or delete the file. Edit: The edit button shows that you can edit the information of the specific file, including metadata.
Delete: If you would like to delete file, click here and confirm.
